Team mode vs Solo mode

User modes

When an order is accepted, it is automatically assigned to the Operator who is signed in. By default, the Servery view is in Team mode, which displays all orders for a restaurant. In Solo mode, only the orders belonging to the assigned Operator are displayed. Operators can toggle between the two modes by pressing the Team mode button in the top navigation bar. This is useful for Operators who want to filter out their assigned orders during busy periods.

Reassigning orders

From the detailed order sidebar, operators can easily reassign orders to different team members. By selecting an order, you will see both the operator currently assigned and a dropdown list of available operators for reassignment. Orders can also be marked as Unassigned, which is the default state for orders which have been auto-accepted.
